In Canada, the laws on what Cheese Pizza constitute have been expanded to include cartoon drawings of children. We don't know what the guy in this story had on his computer, but it may have fallen under this new set of rulings Not all jurisdictions allow cartoon depictions of minors.

My advice is if you ever encounter something bad enough to delete, do not tell people to spoiler it as it implies it might be allowed if spoilered. I didn't see the image, so I don't know why you would tell someone to spoiler it as opposed to just not ever posting it.

Just draw a hard line against such material and remove the bit about spoilering. It's easier to keep malicious posters out this way.

Also, I just noticed I don't know what a real ban message looks like. If ban messages do not look very different from red text, I suggest you change it so people don't screw around pretending things are moderated for random reasons. It looks like the ban text might be offset, but if you aren't paying attention or are new, you might not notice.

Without reposting the same images like a reddit troon, to recap: The images were pizzagate related, chuck schumer looking jew kissing some 5 year old girl on the lips. 
Posts of this nature require nuance, and are definitely allowed to be discussed, but we have a spoiler function for a reason, not everyone is keen on eyeballing degeneracy 24/7.

I formally propose we make the CAPTCHAs in cursive, in order to further filter out low IQ and non-Whites. As an added bonus, posting on /x/ should use Rorschach tests and schizophrenia diagnosis methods using cursive as well.

I have started a few threads here,(more than all other chans combined actually,) and was wondering if there's some kind of mechanism for being able to EDIT OP posts with a password.
I do try to proofread thoroughly before posting, but I'll occasionally misspell a word or leave out a link or pic, only to realize the fact After posting.
Sure, It's on me--My retardation, but I suppose I've gotten spoiled on other platforms being able to edit.

I'm not the dev, but I've thought about edit features on imageboards before and how that would work, and the worst thing about them is they would be open to abuse. People can use bait and switch tactics to change thread topics. That's bad even if limited to text.

Here's how it can be implemented reasonably:
All posts are set in stone, but edits can be appended as normal posts somewhere in the thread and when hovering your cursor over the post it would give a visual diff of the edit and the original post. Edit replies could also appear separately from normal replies when you look at the part of a post which shows who replied.

This isn't terribly different from how people post spelling corrections now, but giving special features related to editing is convenient. No matter what, posts and especially OPs cannot actually be changed because of how easily that's abused. The only option which can be allowed when you truly fuck up beyond minor typos is self-deletion of a post.

Risk threads substantially increase board fun and engagement. I propose a rule of 2 risk threads at a time and the 3rd will get nuked. It's a slower board so there should be 2 in case one lasts a long time.

I've seen Jackal on Frens, and I don't buy any claim that he was responsible in any way for it being shut-down (nor similar activities by other anons leading to other alt-chans being shut down).

What I have, however, is seen CP bombing-runs lead to alt-chans being shut down. Endchan had them (and is now under siege), Frens got hit with them repeatedly, and I saw CP posted here in /pol/ before I immediately reported it.

Jackal adds flavor. We can debate about the merit of placing him as a mod or janny (or confining him to specific boards other than /pol/), but I think he's a nice touch. I would request that he post fewer threads, even though his intentions are good, in order to inflate numbers and attraction for newcomers.

I increased the catalog limit on overboard to 200 and thread limit to 40 (double what they were.) Let me know if you want more.

Pages and infinte scrollling I can look into I would have to add those in.

Unironically let's have a vote on this dude. For those that don't know about this dude, first off: How? Second off: He's a self-admitted glownigger that never contributes anything to discussion and intentionally goes around trolling. He contributes nothing of value. He says nothing interesting. In every thread he is in, his purpose is to create division.

This guy is correct. Don't ever assume that someone else has your back especially when it comes to your own personal privacy and security. I have always used a exif data remover before posting pics online. Really you may be annoyed by the extra steps but it could very well prevent a really dangerous scenario from falling into your lap.
