They have to make the call: is this dangerous and criminal, is this a suspected issue, or is this just some guy with a grudge and a social media account? If they conclude the former, they have to escelate fast and start putting things in front of you that'll lead to charges. if they conclude the latter they will have to pull their eyes. It's too expensive to have agents looking at people do fuckall and there aren't nearly enough fo them.
So they start using stopgaps like LLM minders, flag keyword systems, flagging checks if your really bad, that sort of thing. They don't have the time to actually watch everything you do so they expect you to just accept being minded by a dumb robot. That's effective in normie cases, but a gamer can pretty easily get around all that. And then the question is, what are you doing that would actually warrant heat? Is it a legitimate crime?
