Diversity Tech and the Multiracialism doctrine have totally destroyed the strategic competency of western countries. It is the biggest unforced strategic error of our modern times. If I had to plot out the consequences, like in a sid meier strategy game, I would summarize it as something like:

+1 to discord
-1 to science

MULTIRACIALISM DOCTRINE
-2 to morale
+2 to discord
-2 to science
costs 4
So as you can see, they are exactly the same and their effects stack. What's worse, multiracialism cannot stabilize without diversity, and as a result the two go hand-in-hand. This then results in a morale crisis, a discord crisis, and low science production figures, and high public expenditures. So you get a country with high discord, without will to fight, which cannot produce competitive GDP output, and which is highly expensive in welfare upkeep costs and likewise.
