We win when the vast mass of the population thinks what we think, know what we know. When what we think becomes the common matter of fact knowledge, that everybody knows. We don't have to have a single man in power even acknowledging it, we'll just win by mass and cultural contagion bleed through state firewalls. I think it's happening gradually.
