When I was target shooting in the woods with one of my buddies, I suddenly heard a very low high-pitched humming/mechanical sensor noise. Now, as we tried to figure out where the sensor noise was coming from, the object (whatever it was) appeared to be floating through the forest to the left and right of our position. The issue was, as this entity floated through the forest, it was floating without breaking any tree branches or causing any disruption, it was just "moving" in a perfectly silent manner apart from the low humming noise. After watching the direction of the object for about 2 minutes, the thing went out from the bush into the open field at about a 30 degree angle maybe 15 yards from our position. What struck us was that the object was completely invisible, it was clearly floating around our position in a 360 degree swoop but doing so invisibly. Suffice to say, we packed our bags and slowly headed back down the trail only for the object to slowly follow behind our position until we arrived at our cars at which point the object began making robotic noises. I've never seen anything quite like it in my life.
