I’m not a serious gamer, but I loved Mafia 1&2. I was very excited for 3, I only played it for about an hour, and never again. I can’t imagine them not ruining this new one.

I too loved Mafia 1 & 2, tried the Mafia 1 definitive edition and turned it off right away. Too many scripted sequences
