I just saw that this board was created and I thought I'd take a moment to wish every anon a blessed Good Friday. How's Lent been going?
i broke the fast 2 hours ago, ate a whole box of jaffa cakes. Besides that, its alright, had fish sticks for lunch today. Anyway i hope for a better circumstance to celebrate easter and slava next year.
Badly. My wife and I have been going to RCIA for the past six months. Tomorrow we were both supposed to be baptized. I couldn't do it. It didn't feel right. I feel like I don't have a connection with the church, even though going to mass brings me some peace. It's hard to suppress the feeling that six months of progress has been wasted. My wife assured me that we can try it again next year, but I'm worried I'll get the same feeling around the same time.
