There's lately been massive renewed interest in the Russian-based shortwave radio station known as UVB-76, or "The Buzzer," which usually emits a steady buzzing sound with occasional cryptic Russian messages. This renewed interest has been spurred on as a result of the Ukraine war and accompanying nuclear saber-rattling between Moscow and NATO.

For example, former Russian president and current top Russian national security official Dmitry Medvedev just a month ago warned of the Soviet-era "Dead Hand" system, an automated nuclear retaliation mechanism, and as a result President Trump said he had repositioned two nuclear submarines (meant as a threat and warning to Russia).

"If some words from the former president of Russia trigger such a nervous reaction from the high-and-mighty president of the United States, then Russia is doing everything right and will continue to proceed along its own path," Medvedev had said on Telegram at the time.

That's when he wrote that Trump should remember "how dangerous the fabled 'Dead Hand' can be", in reference to the semi-automated Soviet-era nuclear command and control system developed in the 1980s - but never ultimately substantiated to have gone online or been functioning. The idea was that even if the entire Soviet leadership was wiped out, nuclear-armed ballistic missiles could still be launched at the last moment or even after the fact.

The mysterious UVB-76 radio station - which hobbyists and war monitors around the globe have followed with great intensity over the last years of war in Ukraine - is believed to be run by the Russian military, possibly from the Moscow, Leningrad, or Pskov regions, but this has never been officially verified - and ultimately its precise purpose and function remains a mystery. Various Russian state media reports have appeared to acknowledge an official military relationship to the outpost.

A Netherlands Court just denied potential expert witness testimony in a civil case against Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, and others. The case on behalf of several victims asserts that COVID/MRNA injections are bioweapons in violation of existing law and that genocide laws have been violated as well.

The potential expert witnesses in the case were: Catherine Austin Fitts,Dr. Michael Yeadon, Sasha Latypova, Katherine Watt, and Dr. Joseph Sansone.
I had arranged for Dr. Francis Boyle, the law professor that drafted the Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989 to testify. Unfortunately, he died on Jan 30th, 2025. Dr. Boyle’s affidavit in my case states that mRNA injections are bioweapons. As far as I know, outside of myself and the attorneys, nobody knew Dr. Boyle was set to testify in the Netherlands case at the time.

The case is moving forward. The decision denying the expert witnesses will be appealed. Lead Attorney in the case, Peter Stassen, stated, “This blundering ruling by this court of first instance will be appealed to the Court of Appeal in Leeuwarden.”.
Stassen also stated, “further evidence will be introduced in the substantive proceedings in the foreseeable future. This evidence Page 3 van 3 20 August 2025 makes it abundantly clear that the Covid-19 mRNA injections qualify as a bioweapon used to commit genocide.”

If you look at the force ratios in men and equipment between Ukraine and Russia, for most of the war it has been in favor of Russia. The reason it was a stalemate to start was because Russia used a very low footprint force on the misleading premise that Ukraine was going to simply collapse. So initially the force ratio should have actually favoured ukraine. This changed over time and in particular the ratio of indirect fire weapons and other hard assets on the front has always skewed towards Russia.  

I wouldn't be surprised if Ukraine is losing badly. It should be obvious from the morale of the country and the fact that they are literally (not just a meme) running out of men to hold the frontline together. This is why the Trump peace initiative is happening now, they want to cut and run before the Ukranian army falls apart and the country has such gaps that NATO would feel forced to step in officially.

Anyways, total Russian victory and it's time to admit to it. The Europeans created this scenario and then want to play dumb about why it happened. And agent Z is just as bad, since his reputation is staked on security guarantees and continuing the war to reclaim territory. Both impossible wishes. He has caused more people to die by refusing to peace several years ago than any single person in this conflict.

The problem in Windsor, where I was, wasn't the local police.  And I don't think it was in Ottawa either.  The Windsor Chief at the time, Pam Mizuno, refused to have anything to do with it.  She got shitcanned/retired/resigned shortly after.  There were no Windsor Police there.  It was all out of towners, Ontario Provincials, RCMP, and the riot squad from the London Police Department.  The cop who arrested me was the OPP head of counterterrorism stationed in Toronto. I saw one Windsor police car there. The paddy wagons and the cops who put us in them Windsor Police, and they housed us in the city jail, but other than that, the locals had nothing to do with it.  

I asked an RCMP guy why there were no Windsor Police there before the arrests.  He tried to tell me there were lots of them hanging around.  I said, I don't see any Windsor cops here, Are they invisible Windsor Police officers I can't see?  He just walked off and back down the street.  He never came back.  I think he was embarrassed that he got caught in a lie.
