Instead of relative time. Pic related is a good example of why absolute time is a must. Without absolute time stamps it is absolutely impossible to get a sense of when the posts in the screen grab happened and this impossible to get a sense of context. It's the same cancer as with Twitter / X. Ever saw a screenshot of a post and wonder when exactly this happened? And it was some arbitrary number like 2 weeks, 3 months, 4 years ago? This is by design.

The only reason for relative time is if you want to distort truth and dismiss facts. Change it and if you just have it at all change it so absolute time always shows anyways.

If you disagree you are a glowie who wants his job made easier.

Oh yeah while you're at it show the time zone as well or have it default to UTC so post times are 100% accurate.

Absolute time is a good default for screenshots but it would be annoying if there was no setting to change it to relative.
Alternatively, this is a reason for the website itself to have a screenshot button. Use relative time by default but when someone selects posts for a screenshot, it gives absolute time.

There is a setting to change it, right now you have to manually change it to absolute which is ass is what I'm saying.
