In my opinion, the future of warefare looks like stochastic unrest which percolates in a handful of showdown incidents which demonstrate which party holds the power and then the rest is downhill from there. People are talking about civil war in Britain, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone capable of repeated direct action which lasts long enough to turn into a conflict.

No, probably it's just going to be similar to the years of lead where state-sponsored actors start whacking each other along with some very upset people. The old model for how social unrest happens is not realistic for the 21st century with widespread cameras, phones for everyone, and the internet.

For mountainous Afghans? No, half of them dont even have internet and what they posses in life would make the coddled white woman weep. In Britain where a young white man lives in a small square apartment and indulges in various sexual fetishes while spending money on the most embarassing things, of course that one wouldnt be able to carry any kind of warfare, that was the whole point of neutering the Western white men. Even the gun owners in US still have things to lose, so they will never fire their guns, sad to say but its the reality.
