>clean, curl, press, overhead shrug all combined in 1 movement
>overhead triceps extension
>side lat raise
>rear delt fly on incline bench
>pull over on incline bench
>wrists twists in tubs of rice for forearms
i asked ai and it said this would hit all the upper body muscles besides chest but i dont even want to workout my chest so it seems to be sufficient

Have you tried this yet? The first multi joint exercise probably won't fatigue all those muscles effectively. Wrist twists in rice won't do shit, you can just do wrist curls with dumbbells. I see no bench press. Also no leg, back, and core work far as I can see. Generally speaking, AI produces shitty plans from my experience. With supplements, which I know at a high level, the program will simply spit out a grab bag of random popular items without any real coordination of mechanism or function. I assume it does this for everything

I know of
Phark LP fit shills
Stew Smith's various army programs, mostly calisthenics. Ex-Navy Seal
Seal grinder pt site has plans
Jim Wendler 5/3/1
The SS meme I don't think anybody really does
Arnie's book which has a very comprehensive week long program geared for roiders, will hit all the muscle groups although you might have to trim it for nromal people

okay ill do wrist curls with dumbells, I look goofy with a big chest though, in high school i mostly just did bench press and i had big pecks and not much else so now i dont want to relive that, the arnold book looks good

Fair warning though. Arnie style BB is meant to look good in competitions. So the focus for him is full body development. It's a fun program. He doesn't go out and say it's for roiders, but you cannot do some of the described lifts without roiding for recovery

Felt somewhat guilty about telling you about the Arnold program and just plugging the book. Here ya go. It's a big time commitment but it's fairly well rounded. There's an advanced program as well in there

This is more of what I'm doing. PT and bodyweight is pretty gey but It's kind of a bucket list item for saying I meet their levels of fitness
