My experience in country x has been that the authorities do not care about importing these things. Science bio and all the other outlets put up big walls of text because their legal risk as a grey market seller is much higher than for ordinary people. They voluntarily choose not to ship outside the states and a few other places.

But actually, just read the laws around what is or is not a drug in your area. In country X these things are not approved by the health authorities but not actually illegal. You just can't sell them to other people. It's probably the same where you live
