Been lifting for forever. My forearms and biceps are like twigs. This is bad bros, I want them about as thick as the size of my legs. Got to look the part and git fit. My recovery is shit, my gains are shit, when I eat a bunch it goes to my belly and that seems to be it. What the fugg I supposed to do

if not , go back to reddit.

>chug a protein shake immediately after you're done working out
>if you're not on a keto diet make sure the shake has some carbs in it (just throw some frozen berries in the blender when you make it if you're at home) to replenish glycogen stores depleted after a workout
could be your body just breaks down the protein in the low-calorie muscle milk you're drinking, or muscle tissue if you're not getting enough protein.
<anons please chime in if I'm a retard or missing something important

went to reddit like ten years ago. They rangebanned me after getting kicked out of over 100 subs

I was eating nearly 3000 cals a day for a month. It largely went to my belly. I've never even had weight before, it's shocking to me. What lifts should I be doing to grow dem arms
I swear the niggers that post shit like this dont actually know anything about lifting. How much can you curl, whats your routine, are you hitting a compound lift before bicep curls or are you just throwing weights around until you get tired?

When i started I would hit back and biceps together, start with rows, either cable or barbell, then do either lat pulldowns or pullups, then bicep curls, and if in a gym use the bicep curl machine afterward to reach failure. You can top things off with chin ups and really focus on your biceps to go that extra step.

why do you care about looks? r u gey? being physically capable is all that matters.

I'm not doing this muh lifts are better than yours game. Ectomorph, hard gainer, chronic inflammation of the back...

danke bro. I am doing a pretty simply calisthenics endurance program to brag about reaching SF army standards. High volume push ups, sit ups, squats, pull ups basically with long distance ruck marches thrown in. But I can incorporate this info
>>137
Looking intimidating is as important and doing the lifts IMO, signals to the plebs who they're dealing with
>>144
Yeah squats are shit. I can nominally do [redacted] free weight in a sitting. Whenever I get beyond 40 however something in my legs just starts to complain, like the tendons don't like doing this even though I've worked my way up pretty high. I don't know what it is about the army but they just like doing push-ups for some reason, hundreds of them in combined reps at the upper levels. I dunno, it's kind of just a dream

are you on steroids?

Im no doctor but it sounds like a T issue.
No fap.
Drink raw milk.
Profit.
>>157
I have chronic inflammation around the ribs and probably low T as well. Every time I start lifting my rib pain catches up with me and I stop to try and mend it.

I was gloating about Alkaline water in another thread. I do believe making your body more alkaline helps with inflammation. If no fap is practiced it boosts T levels 40% in the first 7 days and more after. A thing we don't do in the west that they do in the east is a annual parasite flush. Also almonds, avocados and tobacco (in moderation) help with man health stuff.

Never goon.
Moderate nicotine use boosts T.

Is that actually you on the right? Based Bulgar shitposter.

>Ectomorph, hard gainer,
Same, there’s nothing wrong with otter mode. You can’t have a squad of all bloat lords.
>chronic inflammation of the back...
Why? Are you eating something you shouldn’t? Try floor sleeping, foam roller, acupuncture, grounding/earthing.
bulgarian fren is right. Check this out.

if I follow the advice above will I stop being a wristlet? I want to be able to wear comically large watches for the lulz without looking like a thin-wristed faggot who does nothing but go on hikes and jer off, can't do it currently but the bog-standard terrorist watch looks way too small on me

Okay so I came here to tell OP to do forearm curls, farmer's walks and grip train using weight clips to start, but your video is much more comprehensive. Just work the forearms and they will grow.

For something unconventional but also productive, if you eat bread, make it yourself and knead the dough at least 100 times, making sure to alternate arms and doing an equal number of kneads with each hand. I also did not double knead the dough like I was taught because that makes the bread too dense in my opinion. I did however do a double rise, once in the bowl and once in the baking pan. I don't eat bread anymore because I am allergic to wheat and I avoid yeast, but flatbreads need to be kneaded too. So it's just something to think about.
