Also the thread archive, no idea. we'd have to manually move threads to archive boards or something similar. Maybe a brilliant mind somewhere who knows how to set this up automatically appears that knows how to autocompress data as it is saved and knows how to hook into the report system and automatically 'unarchive' illegal content. This will take some effort and time. I can't have any say in this however since i simply have no programming knowledge.

No, PDFs are a fucking nightmare to deal with because the contents can be turing complete (any payload/code can be executed). There's a reason 4chan doesn't allow them. Wasting time sandboxing files when we could spend resources on any number of things is wiser.
