I've got myself a barbell and some bumpers. Anyone got a good suggestion for where i can find an oly program?

I found Catalyst Athletics on youtube. Provide a LARGE number of exercise instructionals and form tips for olympic weightlifting, as well as for some other movements. Their beginner program is 199 dollars though. Not sure I want to spend that just to start learning oly.... Their athletes look strong as fuark though.

SKWAATZ 3x5

Day 2
Clean and press 3x5
Weighted dips 3x5
Incline bench 3x8-12

Day 3 
Pullups 3x5 (I'm a big boy)
Cable rows (preferably narrow with mag grip) 3x8-12
Bicep curls, prolly with dumbbells 3x8-12

Also, do abs EVERY DAY
