Test
Store brand Raisin Bran is like $2 a box. Healthier than most sugar cereal. High fiber. You'll poop like a freight train.

first u gotta nail down the 3 macros: fat, protein and carbs. if you can get quality raw dairy, then drinking large helpings of that would have you set, but modern zogmilk is unfortunately what most people have access to

when it comes to cheap and healthy carbs, potatoes and rice are easily digestible. if you can, try getting cheap fruits try to make them into marmalade to add to their carb content with sugar.

as for protein, eggs are the cheapst source but dont actually eat too many as you could end up ingesting too much PUFA. again dairy is a GOATed source of macroes, cottage cheese can be a particularly lean source. focus on lean cuts of chicken or pork since their fat content is too unsaturated. beef is pricier but the fat content is better, if youre going to eat it, have coffee or calcium alongside it to counteract the iron

finally for fat, only buy and use butter, or coconut oil if you can. buying unsaturated oils is paying to get poisoned by jews
Meat is cheap to eat because frankly you don't need to eat much of it per day. Just make sure you eat the fat part too.

ground beef, vitamins, bulk salt.
hummus is the key
buy a sack of rice. buy lentils
that is your base
cook a bunch of food, put it in contianers, freeze some ans eat some. always make a bunch so you can save some that way you can introduce a old meal from a previous week in so its not repetetive

cheapest meat depends but if eggs are cheap buy them if not its usually bacon, bbq sausages or frankfurters. bulk gravy powder is a good idea too to add flavour for cheap.
almost all nuts have a very good calorie to cost ratio and if tou have space grown herbs
