Well I'm be frank, half the manwha's I read I use to vicariously relive my 20s when I was in a world wide top 10 World of Warcraft guild so I read stuff like Overgeared and Worn and Torn Newbie, both of which capture that mmorpg feeling really nicely. Overgeared does it a little bit better though. The other half in my library are murim manwha which I use to satisfy my longing of missing out on Age of Wushu plus the fact that murim is a genuinely refreshing setting if you consumed mainly western and Japanese media for decades instead of Chinese / Korean. Return of the blossoming blade is a good example.
And then finally there's, like you said, some manwha that are the perfect storm of art and story. For me that's infinite mage for example.
