I could never put my finger on it until now, but I think I knew what it is.  In 2023 an old lady I used to work for died of dementia.   Biden's face reminded me so much of her.  Like they were dementia look-alikes or something.  Looking at those photos, I think it's the thinning of the eyebrows that's most responsible for the dementia patient look they both had.

Revelation says that eventually, The Beast is replaced with a copy after suffering a near fatal headwound.  I don't know whether that copy is a clone or an animatronic, but the tech to do it obviously exists at the time of the Great Tribulation.  Maybe it already exists.
