MKultra used trauma to control people. The USA has had at least one big "trauma" event every 5 or so years starting with 9/11. It has been ramped up and is continuing with the current scare tactics against transgenders, people who aren't white, and immigrants. When the enemy could be literally anyone, it makes it easy to create fear. And from there, the fearful lump hate and trauma onto others which causes even more trauma. All they had to do was get the ball rolling. The USA being an extended MKultra test would explain a lot of the fear an hostility people have been exhibiting.
Now... what do you think the trigger is this time? Are there multiple triggers? All this fear is too purposeful and too useful not to weaponize.
