I've used monroe for inner imagery and visualization and enjoyed it. It is a trainable and skillset and quite nice. Learning how to stabilize your mental imagery so it isn't fleeting and produces a dynamic world is part of the challenge. Never mastered the log roll you're supposed to do.

Im getting back into it. I had the first five on an old phone. This archive collection is nice. I would like to use them to for image stabilization too. I have a visual inner world but its not stable . I use to meditate and some times I would reach states where I would see vived scenes of nature mountains ect but also at that point I would lapse into unconsciousness. I have no problem with visualization just keeping an image stable my mind jumps to several other images and i get lost in them and usually lose waking consciousness when I do .

Wtf phone fagging and it says im in puerto rico,?

That happens to me as well. The mind doesn't really work like the eyes, you have to kind of tell a story involving motion and change while you're in there or you're constantly recreating it. If you're falling asleep that's more akin to hypnagogia, which I don't believe I've ever experienced. I find it's very easy to generate mental imagery by using old true visual pictures you might have seen as reference items. The unconscious likes to build on intriguing concepts it was earlier exposed to in the day, so you can use it to seed to the sort of images you might want to experience.

OOB/visualization training guide where you're supposed to visit an area he's defined. I met a sea serpent in the lake when I went. You can also have a lot of fun "visiting" tabletop rpg modules like this if you memorize them. Or video game levels, I've mind-played CSOTN quite a few times in first person using visualization.

I suspect getting good at monroe also teaches you how to better control lucid dreaming in an unconscious state.

Its me ((( puertoreacan flag ))) responding I'm not on my phone. Still don't know why it does that and only at home . I was posting before sleep.

Anway yeah I do good with guided visualization because it keeps me focused if I try to just meditate and visualize with out a narrative I lose focus on things. I was trying to just visualize a candle burning and only a candle for as long as possible but my mind just starts jumping to random imagery . I might make an audio recording constantly describing a candle and focusing on it to give me an anchor. I just woke up and its even worse with dreams . My problem with dreaming is I feel I lose whatever sense of waking self I have and visual and experience sensation overwhelms me . I have an active imagination but I feel like my rational waking mind has problems with it. I the I that is my rational mind wants order and stability solidity where my imaginative side seems irrational and out of control. When I say lose consciousness what I mean is I'm overwhelmed by dream imagery like ocean waves I lose any sense of self or continuity. It makes it hard sometimes to wake up to physical reality and realize that dreaming wasn't real from the physical perspective. I guess my boundaries between waking and dreaming are not well defined. Jung had active imagination teqinques that reminded me of this state.

When I first discovered the tapes. I spent a lot of time finding alternatives to their ways, mainly out of fear. Although they are present using alternative routes.

There are many high quality Hemi Sync videos available.

This one is confirmed working.

Adding to this the mega upload files of the gateway program as an alternative collection

there's no way this is actually good for you right? i'm not sure about using audio files that the CIA of everyone released to gain spiritual awareness. there's no way it doesn't hypnotize your subconscious and place something there. people were able to do these things before the release of the monroe method, probably through just meditation. will likely get you better trained.

You would be aware of what's happening anon. The technique is just active daydreaming and strengthening your ability to visualize. It isn't like sooper secret trauma based DID cases.

Hemisync/Binaural beats is definitely more effective at inducing whole brain coordination than conventional meditation. It seems to stimulate neurotransmitter release which is why people start having more potential to use mental imagery. You aren't getting implanted with anything in classic monroe, except like resonant energy boxes and imagining you have an aura, and some hippie era positivity inductions.
