Since my thread of /pol/ got saged out of existence....

A FRENLY QUEST
You playing as Apu in an RPG style dungeon game fighting vermin and eating tendies

This game has been in development for around 9 months now, all created using gamemaker (because TIME), and there will be a freeware version

Well, what are the chances that I can put this game on a games store like Gog or steam if I dont call the characters what they are?

I am aiming for this game to be finished in around a year, as I've only made one level so far, but with all the structure of the game already made, level creation will go faster (bosses will need time to be programmed for example, unlike normal enemies which are just copies of eachother but with different art for the most part)

Suggestions: What enemies should be added? Areas? ETC!

So the guy, uh, doesn't look so great. Couldn't you just remove it, and pretend he's throwing baseballs or something? Is there a plot or is it mostly references?

TBH I have been making everything up as I go with the hopes of piecing the plot together later. But it would go something like this:

- you, Apu, tired of being fat and eating tendies at home all day long decides to go outside, everything seems normal
- you offer to help to search for a frog mommies lost child
- you uncover a giant troon dungeon underneath the village, defeat the place, kill their leader pedobear
- a wizard, who for several years has fought alone meets you and guides you, telling you that if you that there is indeed a conspiracy and everything is not as it seems. He gives you a helpful item and leaves you for the time being.
- you head onwards to "chudtown" only to find it as an abandoned desert with chud whining about how "its over" and how "the west has fallen"
- on the route to chudtown, you can make a detour and meet a schitzo frog who lives in the middle of nowhere, who has studied an entity called "Mordu" for his entire life ( Mordu is literally just the embodiment of a kike )
- he talks about the conspiracy but in an over exaggerated and boomer tone, he is a loner after all

Thats all i've thought of so far, it's supposed to have an underlying based message if you can't tell. The rest of it will go something like:

- the wizard trains you as his disciple
- the horrors of mordu are shown to your naked eye, your hometown is not as it seemed, everyone seems to be rotting
- you never truly fight mordu as he hides behind well paid hench men over and over again

I would also like to have my Apu slowly come to his senses and realise that there is more to life than just tendies.

Mebeh I'm a simple faggot, but I like games like dwarf fortress where the story is told as you play. Making shit up in my head and reasons for why I ignored the questline and killed certain game breaking npcs.

Instead of real-life danger, it could have more of a spiritual journey to fend off the enemies that would weaken one's character.

Do you have something like shabbos goys in it? Maybe antifa mugshot sewer monsters. Vaxxed zombie cattle. I'm sure you've considered glo-bois. Maybe fedposters somehow. That would personally tickle me as a terminally-online faggot.

Our hero Apu Apujaista then makes his way into chudtown only to see its left a deserted ruin.. King chud informs you that all the chudfolk have either escaped to Argentina or deny that anything is happening. Some where in chudtown are the 4 keys needed to unlock the room in which the PowerCore lies. The PowerCore which holds the very essence and being of chudhood is in a weakened state, and you need to investigate why...

Also, I added raw milk, the ability to roll ( so you can dodge ), a much less niggerlicious memory system, and... well im kind of a shitty artist so drawing everything feels like it takes forever....

I had an idea that the great wizard frog first needs to make apu aware of such demons before he can fight them ( then IDK, maybe you fight your mind gremlins on a mental plane )

Well the style I use is basically just the standard "wojak" style. The pixel art I made just tries to mimic it in a 64x64 canvas. Il post 10 pictures for reference of character and style if you want to make something that looks similar.

Its been a while hasn't it? 
Currently trying to finish off the second area, after which I will make the title screen, and also need to make the game pausable via a menu that can be prompted with the esc key. Only then will I be able to submit an alpha version of the game for frens to try out. Il tell you what, this stuff takes a damned long time to do all alone.

Later on I'm going to TRY and ask frens from all around to submit their own art that can be used as the background of the title screen, It would just choose one randomly, I think that would be cool.

Well the enemies don't actually have an ai, they just run on a very simple loop and switch which entirely depends on whether the player is in it's range & line of sight, and sometimes they do unanswerable things like switch to their attacking mode without shooting any projectiles, or just walking through walls despite being hardcoded to bounce of walls. IDK, it happens infrequently so re-writing the enemies is not too high on my list.
