get a silver coin or piece of silver and put it in a a glass water container that's what they did back in the day. You can make it too through a process of electrolysis but be sure to use pure distilled water unless you want to Smurf out like your picture.

Also something that concerns me about colloidal silver is wouldn't it kill your gut biome? I have some but I'm hesitant to take it not because I think I will turn blue but I don't want to kill my gut biome. I would think if it nukes harmful microbes it would do the same to beneficial ones.

My autism is kicking in here, but chemistry alone isn't enough to understand biology.  Some degree of game theory is also needed for biology.  I know that is technically covered by learn math, but you could learn all the math you need for physics and chemistry without game theory and understand those subjects very well.  Without game theory you won't have the full picture for evolutionary biology.  Again just needed to point that out because the autism kicked in.
