You guys have any idea on what interventions I could undertake to accomplish this? Just like excess pornography, flicking between windows all day is very bad for your brain

first get blue blocker glasses. All digital devices spike in the blue spectrum and  use a flashing sequence that is addictive and exploits dopamine channels. Also street lights and home LED lights spike in the blue spectrum . We are not biologically wired to be exposed to such levels of blue light at night it fucks up a lot of systems cycandian  endocrine and metabolism. If you have to use tech the very least you could do is get some blue light blockers. The addictive flicker rate is in the blue spectrum on screens and it seems blue blockers neutralize its effect.
