NTA, but not really.
In real life you're not bombarded with talking or text in normal everyday life, you'll spend long periods of time not talking to anyone and not reading anything while you're "living around native speakers."
With your computer you can go and listen to whatever you want, read whatever you want, watch whatever you want, there's pretty much unlimited stuff to interact with and the only limit is how much time you want to dedicate towards learning
It does take a LONG time and 99% of people will never do it over the internet, whereas in real life if they're forced to live in X country around the natives they might end up learning the language over longer periods of time with less effort, but it's not like being around natives inherently gives you a bunch of advantages, it's just that they naturally run into people using the language in real life, their motivation is built into their environment instead of having to come from them personally wanting to do something.
You can easily outpace them practicing a couple hours a day at home, many people never even learn a language even after being around natives.
