Weather manipulation involves heating and cooling, HAARP is the heating and high altitude spraying "chemtrails" of metal particulates is the cooling. There is proof of the latter where it is admitted by the US government that spraying metal particulates in the upper atmosphere is occurring to "combat climate change" by increasing its albedo aka reflectivity. For the past decade or so it was normal in canada to have this weird relationship with snowfall and warm weather until may. So on an average week in april or may monday to wednesday will be warm, 10 degrees celcius for example, then on thursday it will snow or go to below -10, then friday will be 10 degrees again.
However, this year spring is normal like how I remember during childhood, consistant normal warm weather with no snow or temperature drops. It feels like a real normal spring again.

This has the potentially to be a very interesting thread and I wish I knew more about this topic beyond knowing that cloud seeding is a thing. It does seem dry in and around Seattle compared to a couple decades ago, don't know if weather mod fuckery is to blame.

It really makes one think, what changes to the weather are even possible and how do the machines work? Chemtrails possibly connect to it all, but the only confirmed phenomenon is the cloud seeding.
picrel is how canada usually looks in april and may, mixed with warm sunny days, then back to picrel randomly.
Also, I noticed the last few years that the weather channel guys could never accurately predict the weather. My weather app was always off and could never truly anticipate the correct weather for the next week or so.

It was hot for like two days and we had a week of rain. About four days of warm weather and another week of rain. So yeah it’s kinda hot once in a while but most of the time it was raining, windy or just cloudy. I live on the west coast so we get coastal weather.
