What will it take to cause hyperinflation in America? tens of trillions in debt and people keep dumping their treasury bonds yet prices have barely doubled in the past couple years. I can't see anything but hyperinflation or a military draft setting off a peasant revolt, either scenario will provide an adequate level of chaos that the average person would be very uncomfortable with, to the point they might try something ribald.

Unless it’s backed by someone with pull, it will be shuttered at the time of their pleasing. I understand Why you don’t want the site to look like 4chan. However, there is something to the highly emotional environment present on 4chan, while it detracts in obvious ways, it adds in other near ineffable ways. 

I tried to recreate that adversarial environment when 4chan was down, in order to snag more people that are blabbers. It didn’t really work for long. The soft hum of people in the background making light conversation on a thread or making jokes isn’t an inhibitor to dialogue, but creates a flow state for the readers. Having absolutely no lightheartedness  (or hardheartedness) in a thread and waxing eloquent at each other might not be the best way to create “gems”. Perhaps the dialogue has to be put through, and exist within a furnace of antagonism.

It doesn't bother me. Call me jaded or psychotic but it's really nothing at all. I don't like the Gore which is why I haven't seen any unless I was trying to look at the tech behind it. These drones supposedly have extremely thin fiber optic filaments attached to their end and spool them out as they maneuver and it's almost unbelievable (truly).
