They do that all over the world; tweaking their techniques according to jurisdiction, visa requirements etc....
Example 1:

Example 2:
>in exchange for help with permanent residency etc., rich poojeets with visas enlist the poorer ones to buy up businesses and properties
>they then go in-person (literally) to, say, a restaurant, and make direct offers to the proprietor/s
>pros: by-passes government foreign ownership policies (if applicable); keeps it on the low-low; enables poojeets to stealth reverse colonise without raising eyebrows 'til it's too late

Example 3:
>gov'ts pass immigration quotas, as well as the customary "fine print" hidden in "trade deals" (every trade deal with Buttrat has migration as a prerequisite)
>schools which rely on student fees, work hand-in-hand with the gov't to expedite the process
>because those coming in are literal Third World dregs, most cannot speak the lingua franca enough to pass a course (they cheat the entry ESL's using A. I. or pay to get them done)

It's a concerted plan that has been operating for years under the noses of obtuse, distracted westerners; accelerating into the void of the #Scamdemic. The governments are obviously aware of it... But, because they govern their satraps as viceroys for the WEF, WTO etc., they only ever employ whatever Band-Aid solution gets them re-elected (e. g., limited restrictions of foreign property ownership). For once the numerical tipping point is reached, they will no longer have to petition for the votes of those who they facilitated the take-over of.
