I like that part, I had an indan working under me that would bring me gifts and just listen to what I told them to do and then do it (poorly).
On the other hand, I have also had many Indian bosses, and yes they hire directly from their family and promote their own.
Which is moral when you operate racially, as Whites should, while we do not live in an ethnically homogeneous society.
I had an indian lady that was cousins with my boss, very poor work, never showed up on time, constantly caught just simply disappearing during a shift. I left the company and came back to find that she was promoted into a higher management role.
