Spot on, in Sweden it's 15 and that's low enough. I mentioned r/k selection because browns are the ones pushing to lower it because they naturally enter puberty earlier AND just want access to Europeans without the risk of jail for sexually assaulting a minor.

I went into an in depth conversation once with ai about the aoc, in a nutshell it said scientifically that the vast majority of girls can give birth at 14 or 15 with very little to no medical problems, so this is a good rule of thumb generally on the topic, a more practical real policy would be a case by case basis though, as some girls wont have the wide enough pelvis even at 16 while some could at 13 for example, a genetic history of birth complications from either side of the family would be taken into account along with alot of other factors as well in an ideal vetting process. If nature plus our smartest white medical doctors give their objective approval then i see nothing wrong with that setup.

They wouldn't even be fully developed at the start of menarche because it is the final phase of growth not the completion of it. 17 is probably the youngest you want to go with this, and definitely no big age gap either.
