https://nationalpost.com/news/canada/ubc-charlene-belleau-frances-widdowson

Most people have not been following the Widdowson story in Canada, but it is definitely an eye-opener. She wrote parts of a book debunking the residential schools white guilt narrative, which is provably bogus, and now has been arrested and attacked by Canadian cops and antifa leftists across British Columbia as she tried to do speaking tours for the onebc party... which is like a ppc knockoff third party.

Anyways, every single stop and interaction for onebc has been marked by political violence, threats, intimidation, and misbehavior like what we're seeing here coming from the leftist mob which runs the province. The vast majority of rural British Columbia likely supports Francis, but the Urban migrant hubs which really are not Canadian at all have elected the current far-left governing bloc. It's pretty disgusting

an example, and demonstration of how the Canadian press runs cover for left wing political violence and uses intimidation and pressure to bias the police and legal system. During covid rallies numbering far larger than this took place across the province and country, but the News refused to report on them or did pre-emptive spin pieces dismissing them on some spurious basis.

This information is how the low-information older generation in Canada gets their news, and thus has a very strong effect in controlling the narrative. It manufactures the consensus that British Columbia, and greater Canada for that matter, actually supports immigrant populations rigging elections and then resorting to political violence when they can't get their way.

Widdowson in virtually every interaction on a campus gets arrested, some of her supporters get attacked and then arrested when they defend themselves, and then the legal and police system bends their own definitions of law to claim a double standard which allows political violence against the right but suppresses the ability of the right to decry that. Canada is arguably the first front of an international hybrid war between far left extremism and the rest of society
But if the shoe were on the other foot and the same standards applied, the Indian in question would be instantly questioned by police or arrested. She would be subject to massive vilification campaigns coming from the state media and we would constantly be hearing about "the dangers of far left extremism" etc to control the public's point of view.

The Canadian media is so centralized and under state sponsorship that it is essentially just Pravda, but only recently has the mask been coming off and younger generations outside the bubble can clearly see that it is unrepresentative.
