Now that we have a Religious containment board can we have a history board. I think one of the biggest problems of 4cucks is people kept requesting a /r/ board and jannies wouldn't do shit so the history and humanities board became a religious board with religious squabbles between atheist and theist and others and no good discussions on history or philosophy could be had . We have a religion board to keep the religious folks entertained could we have a /his/ board?

Why is it called History and not Herstory? Because her side of the story doesn't matter.

Were you on /his/ bro? That was my last hangout. I was in the middle of typing up a reply when the site went down.

No not when it went down been over here since it been started but /his/ was one of the boards I frequented. It sometimes had good stuff but a lot of times was shit .

KEK I had this annoying mind worm going on with this exact phrase and now you posted it you creepy mind reading germ

Do history posts really need to be "contained?" Wouldn't /b/ benefit from having history discussions there?

I support /r/ just because that is a high shitposting topic and it's better for it to be contained somewhere, don't feel the same about history.

History posts are fine on pol, I think. We only have /r/ to stop kikes from shitting up pol with their D&C posting.

Can we get a mod to weigh in?
What if it's extremely niche like "haploautism" or historical linguistics?

"haploautism" is /his/ slang for discussions about the genetic profile of ancient ethnicities. See picrel for an example.
Historical linguistics is where people discuss the etymology of words. It is the use of linguistics toward discovering historical meanings and reconstructing words in proto-languages.

I am not a mod or an owner, but I've had the unfortunate status of being a major tard-wrangler and effort-poster for /r/ and /pol/, so I can contribute some input.

/b/ is of higher-quality than its prior reputation on other chans, especially 4fags of the last decade or more. Your present idea of /b/ is more like /trash/, /hell/, or possibly /bant/. Roughly speaking, the quality of discussion is like this: /pol/, /b/, /x/, /bant/, /trash/, /hell/. I'm actively trying to make /x/'s reputation upgraded as well, as the GATE schizo-niggers just shit up everything (not denigrating the actual based Imperial psykers that I do know all governments target since childhood).

I'd post on /pol/ if you want quality discussion with no filter. Try /b/ with slightly more of a filter. /gen/ is already branched off from its core demographics into specialized boards, so I'd say it's probably the best one for proper decorum with cleaner language. If /his/ topics keep gaining popularity, doubtless a board will be created.

This is a /x/ thread now

I agree with this.
classic /pol/ was a mishmash of news/current events, literature and history for even a few years after the maga newfag invasion. I loved /pol/ until it just became a place for anons that like to type "nigger" "faggot" to post such thought provoking threads such as "What's /Pols favorite brand of peanut butter?" I have no issue with newsworthy threads regarding religion being posted on /pol/ but the incessant "Christ Is King" threads were almost as annoying as the incessant troon posting.

They are fine on /pol/.
I'm not opposed to having a /his/ board if there is enough demand for it. If i see haplogroup autism or historical linguistics i'd probably think sci to be honest but they would be left alone on /pol/. In any case. if enough people aye it then i'll make a history specific board.

History anon, have a look at Zoomer Historian: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCD-oR9vkso3JPPKK8-CWqgQ

Also recommend backing up his videos, kiketube will likely ban it at some point.

This.
/Pol/ benefits from /his/ through big brained discussions about roots, arcs of history, institutions that made Western civilization great (and then not great), etc. Otherwise it will just be a lot of We Wuzzing.
/His/ would benefit from threadly reminders about Jews, women, and the dysgenic effects of modern institutions. Things that will never be taught in university.
If /Pol/ gets bogged down with autistic arguments about minutiae then /his/ can be spun off.
