Is it some kind of encrypted steganography and the password is used to decrypt the file within the picture? Honestly, I wouldn't tolerate fishy behavior like this from jeets. The other day one posted a counter strike server, and he may have been hoping to harvest some IPs when people connect to it

I don't know what programs are typically used for steganography in image files so I can't test it. This could be it. It's just a hunch though.
