Where to begin. I'm paranoid, but not stupid. I suspect, based on a number of weird webpage redirects to sites that don't exist, strange search results, and local internet sort of spooks that I'm probably being hit up by a sophisticated state-level actors using a cyber attack.

It looks like this:
(my computer) -> attacker's connection MITM and hijacking my addresses -> LLM generated demoralization content coming from the attacker to scare me -> Router

So basically, the attacker has set up a few places that give me links to viruses to session hijack, install a cloned OS on the computer etc. And this is being done quite discretely to make it deniable, but ultimately I've seen that the attack is real because I am looking at ecelebs doing videos which aren't public internet....

Anyways. I need a mitigation strategy. How do I get my privacy back on the internet, from a state level monitoring grid activated by keywords to auto-install malware which then turns into an active attacker? Please listen to my plea anons

Use QubesOS if you want to make it much harder harder for glowniggers to fuck with you. Learn how to use tcpdump / wireshark / tshark (if windows just use wireshark) and analyze the traffic going in and out of your router and other devices on your network to make sure you arent just tripping out. AI can help you undestand some of the logs but dont dump massive log files into some chatbot and expect it to give you real results, it will hallucinate a bunch of bullshit that isnt true, have to verify what it says is true yourself

Just out of curiosity, what makes you think it's a glownigger? Recent Ai development has brought a whole new wave of malware.

Why is your router at the end of this? What kind of llm generated demoralizarion content? The internet is flooded with Ai slop and if you don't make sure to leave no fingerprints, they'll try to push down content tailored to you down your throat without even needing glowniggers involved.. What search engines are you using? What OS? What browser? What extensions? 
I mean, you don't have to answer all of this but those kinda things factor in. 
As the other anon stated, monitoring your actual traffic is the way to make sure. Also Qubes for schizo level secure OS. 
BIOS malware exists, although not common, if your bios is infected you should either re-flash it or just use another machine/motherboard. But check your traffic first!
You also might wanna check your router, consider setting up your own. BSD is really solid for routing stuff
