>SEC v. Ripple The parties’ joint motion to hold the appeal in abeyance has been granted. The SEC is directed to file a status report within 60 days of this Order.

Today was the original deadline for Ripple to respond to the SEC's appeal in their lawsuit against them. But the SEC and Ripple have asked the judge to kick the can down the road for another 60 days; and the judge just agreed to the delay. I'm hoping this is the final delay. I've lost track of how many delays this lawsuit has had. It should win some kind of reward for the most delays ever.

We also have ISO20022 scheduled to go live on July 14th. But, they may decide to delay it again. The Fedwire Funds Service will announce it's final "go" or "no go" decision for July 14th, no later than June 27th.
https://www.frbservices.org/news/communications/021325-fedwire-iso20022-implementation-rescheduled-July-14

ISO20022 will coexist with the current banking messaging standard for a limited period of time. Then we get the end of coexistence on November 22nd of this year. Assuming that doesn't get delayed too.
https://www.swift.com/standards/iso-20022/iso-20022-faqs/implementation

Stablecoin legislation should get signed into law in the next couple of months. Which will effectively outlaw Tether in the USA. Which will massively help RLUSD to eat up part of Tether's market share. And the collapse of Tether should cause Bitcoin to tank; since every single Bitcoin pump comes from Tether printing money out of thin air. I'm guessing that Bitcoin will tank, and everything else will tank with it; including xrp. But then xrp will rise from the ashes as money pours into the XRPL through institutional usage.

Price action has been boring the last couple of months. But we do have stuff to look forward to in the coming months.

From what I've seen so far, ourchan is superior to 4chinz. They rangeban Israel and India. That alone massively improves the quality. I'll be happy if the namefags, Spammy, and that one oldfag with zero empathy don't manage to find this place. I was amazed at how much of a dumpster fire XSG turned into. So much trolling, and dumb anons feeding the trolls with (you)s. Ourchan shows the number of UID (Unique IDs) in the bottom right corner. So anons won't be able to abuse samefagging like they have been. I'm optimistic.

I saw someone post a new theory on who JB is, in the old Kendra Hill XRP prophecy:
https://x.com/thejnelsonway/status/1912640418724082142
>“4 days after JB dies is last time to buy“
>JB are pillars from Solomon’s temple.
>Jachin & Boaz.
>Solomon’s temple fell on Av 10, 587 BC

The guy in the first twitter post, used a wrong calendar; and then corrected the date in the second post. With that in mind:
Av 10 would be August 4th; when JB "dies".
Four days after JB "dies" is the last chance to buy XRP.
Av 10 + 4 Days would be Av 14th.
AV 14 is August 8th, 2025.

A lot of us were thinking that JB is the Pope, but I think there is some validity to it being a more symbolic meaning with Jachin and Boaz instead. If Kendra Hill's grandfather was a freemason, it would also explain why he would view Jachin and Boaz as his hero. Not a slam dunk; but I think it's a valid alternate theory to the Pope.

August 8th is 8-8. As in, we're going to go 88 miles per hour.

Date converter for Gregorian to Hebrew; and vice versa:
https://www.chabad.org/calendar/converter.asp?hdate=5/14/5785

P.S. Still trying to get used to ourchans' recommended formatting. They prefer paragraphs, and don't like us doing every new sentence on a new line. But the thing is, sometimes information is best conveyed in that format. So I'm not sure when, if ever, it's okay to use that style of formatting.

Nice - yeah that filters out a lot of shit - oh yeah the last XSG was particular bad.

Hoping it does gather steam.
That's an interesting theory - and yes would go with the symbolic with J&B - does that signify the reset date? - would be too obvious.
Anyways thanks for the information - see you putting these good dumps up often amongst the shit.
Replies: >>235
>>234
>does that signify the reset date?
Four days after JB dies, is the last chance to buy. So that could mean that we moon on the fourth day. Or maybe we get 10 days of darkness right afterwards (false flag cyber-pandemic and total internet blackout while they switch over the back end of the financial system.) Last chance to buy, only means it's the last chance before something happens that we either are unable to buy at all, or the price of XRP will be so high, that we won't want to buy.

The whole tariff wars seem to be building up to something. Most likely the need for a new Brenton Woods. They first have to demonstrate to the world, the dysfunction of the current monetary system. They will make things so bad, that people will beg for a replacement. Our rulers are quite fond of putting on elaborate plays on the world stage.

>Hidden Road, Set to Be Acquired by Ripple, Wins U.S. Broker-Dealer License. Issued by FINRA, the license will allow the company to broaden fixed income prime brokerage services for institutional clients.

>The firm plans to offer a wider range of services to institutional clients, including clearing, financing, and prime brokerage of fixed income assets. Ripple is set to acquire Hidden Road for $1.25 billion, with the deal expected to close in the coming months pending regulatory approval.

>Backed by Ripple’s resources, Hidden Road said it expects to scale services significantly and position itself as one of the largest non-bank prime brokers. The firm also said earlier that it plans to migrate its post-trade operations onto the XRPL network, aiming to reduce costs and streamline settlement processes.

Stablecoin legislation is going to get signed into law in the USA in the next couple of months. When it does, USDT (Tether), won't be able to legally operate on CEXs in the USA. All of that liquidity is going to flow into stablecoins that are compliant with the new regulations. The two main stablecoins that meet those requirements are USDC and RLUSD. RLUSD is a stablecoin created by Ripple, that exists on the XRP ledger and on ETH's ledger.

There is broad bi-partisan support for the stablecoin legislation being negotiated in Congress right now. It's largely modeled after the EU's MICA regulations, which recently went into effect in Europe a few months ago. MICA going into effect in Europe, caused Tether to get delisted from several CEXs for EU customers. History will soon repeat itself in America. Tether is a ticking time bomb; figuratively speaking.

https://www.nytimes.com/live/2025/04/21/world/pope-francis-updates-vatican
Pope Francis just died today!!! Francis isn't his real name. The Pope's original name before becoming Pope, was Jorge Bergoglio. His initials were JB. Read the above post to know what I'm referring to.

I know it's kind of terrible to get this excited and happy over someone dying, but I am. If the Kendra Hill prophecy is correct, and if he was the JB her grandfather talked about, then April 25 will be the last day to buy xrp.

But keep in mind that doesn't mean we'll moon on that day:
>>235
We could moon the next day on April 26th; as in the 25th was the last day to buy xrp cheaply. Or have some kind of manufactured crisis (false flag or financial meltdown), where no one can buy xrp off exchanges for a couple of days. While our rulers convert to the new banking system using xrp, behind the scenes, while people are distracted.

>On April 25, 2025, a rare triple conjunction of Venus, Saturn, and the crescent Moon will create a triangular formation in the predawn sky, resembling a “smiley face” to some observers.

>Venus and Saturn will appear as bright points, acting as the “eyes,” while the thin crescent Moon forms the “smile.” This event will be visible worldwide, weather permitting, around 5:30 a.m. local time, just before sunrise, low on the eastern horizon.

What is the riddler Mr. Pool's avatar? A smiley face. What are the odds that this event would be exactly four days after the Pope, JB, died? Also, the Pope died on the anniversary date of when Rome was founded. Symbolic of the death of an old system and the birth of a new one. I think it's finally happening.

Pic related.
On April 16th, the judge in the appeal of the lawsuit, granted Ripple and the SEC's request to delay the appeal for 60 days.
On April 21st, the pope was announced as having died. The chairman of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, retired that day. It was the 3 year anniversary of when Queen Elizabeth died. And it was the anniversary date of the founding of Rome.
16, 21, 30. Something huge will happen on the 30th.

June 16th is the next deadline in the SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit.

Someone on twatter asked why Ripple and the SEC haven't refiled yet.
The lawyer Fred Rispoli responded:
https://x.com/freddyriz/status/1930299835967574293
>20 days later, no refile yet by SEC and Ripple in district court and the June 16 deadline for the status update in the 2nd Circuit looms large. Expect the refile before Judge Torres to happen by then. If there is nothing pending before Torres when the parties file the status report, the 2nd Circuit only has Torres' denial of the first request and will restart the briefing. If a motion is pending before Torres at the time of the 6/16 status report, the 2nd Circuit will likely push it out another 60 days.

>More importantly, what is the next step? The message by Torres was clear that both parties need to beg for forgiveness. Ripple will say whatever to get it done but how much public groveling is the SEC willing to do? And how much groveling will be authorized? We have 12 days to find out.

Someone in the comment asked:
>They just filed something technically incorrect, right? Like Torres isn’t even judging it’s just a signature, right?

Rispoli replied:
>Not really. The judge ruled that the filing was technically incorrect (it wasn’t, judge just wasn’t letting it happen the easy way) but that she would deny it if it were filed under the rule she wants it filed under. The new pleading IMO must include the groveling.

My take on this:
Our rulers fucking love humiliation rituals.
And they want to squeeze out as many as they can get, before they let Ripple join their cult.
u guys will be lucky to see a 2-3x so many better gamble picks
One anon, or a team of several anons, have gone to war against Spammy in the XSG (XRP) general thread on 4chan. They are spamming edgy words in all caps until Spammy (the irony) leaves XSG forever.
They claim to have figured out how to perfectly ban evade forever.
They are saying that they'll continue until Spammy leaves or the XSG general thread is permanently banned on /biz/.

Its the equivalent of one really annoying guy that no one likes, keeps showing up to the bar everyone hangs out at.
He tells jokes no one finds funny, and just says stupid filler, to "keep the conversation moving".
People would find ways to make him feel unwelcome in real life.
But on an anonymous forum, options are limited.
I get what the edgy posters(s) are trying to do to drive Spammy away.
But I don't think its going to work.
Ignoring him has and always will be the best option.
A couple of days ago, Spammy lamented how bored and demoralized he is.
He said he's thinking about stopping posting by October or November if XRP still hasn't mooned yet.
Spammy will hunker down now and probably stay longer do to this attack on XSG.
Really counterproductive.
All anons had to do was identify him and filter him in each new thread.
The less anons that respond to him, the more bored he gets.
Eventually he would leave.
Instead, we get this angry teenager meltdown campaign against him.
And all of XSG has to suffer through it.
It's like in real life, someone decided that the solution to having one annoying guy at the bar everyday, was to start peeing in all of the beer.
Really a scorched earth approach.
The other solution is to just go to a different bar, like here.

Poorly.
Every one of them has failed so far.
Court case is now 100% over too.

At this point, I'm hoping for the Clarity Act becoming law, to pump XRP.
Banks may fear getting too involved in using crypto.
Current administration is crypto friendly.
But they have no idea what the next actor/puppet playing the role of President may do towards crypto.
The Clarity Act becoming law (defining clearly what is and isn't a security), will make it much safer short and long term, for banks to actually use crypto.

The other thing to look forward to, is ISO20022 coexistence phase for banks ending on November 22nd, 2025.
All member banks must stop using the old messaging standard, and be fully switched to the new one by that date.

If both of those fail to pump our bags, then all we have left are XRP ETFs and the liquidity crisis; which are both taking their sweet time to happen.
