/entg/ bro here. i own some restaurants and more specialized businesses.
i talk to a lot of /entg/ bros in the discord they've had for years.
the problems with indian employees are always the same.
hygine is a huge issue, theft, and abuse in an array of ways.
reliability and quality of work are other issues.
can u pay them less? a lot of times they will accept lower pay just to secure a job, but labor laws exist for a reason. u legally cant do it in most 1st worlds.
then u have the whole problem of if u make the mistake of giving an indian man a role in your business where part of his job is hiring new people - your business in under a year will be ENTIRELY staffed by indians. this is a huge pattern with allowing an indian to be a hiring manager at your business.
i personally would rather hire from the main demographic base of whatever country my business is in.
so if my business is in latam, i'll only hire native hispanics to work there.
which is what im doing. for some miracle of a reason indians dont seem very interested in latam immigration (i hope this never changes);.
