She was an opposition leader, got shit on in typical Shit American style. And she spent some time in the joint. Didn't end any wars, didn't sign any treaties. Even I think Dump probably deserved it more than she did.
Anyway, she just curried some favor with the guy who is about to topple the current regime, and replace it with a new one. If she wasn't already there, I'm sure she just raced to the top of Dump's short list. These scumfuck politicians may be stupid. But they know how to play their little game.
