What has happened in the past:
>match a few regex filters to a post that sounds dangerous
>go through the trouble of finding packet flows from ISPs and VPN backdoors to analyze likelihood of the user actually making the post through complex heuristic analysis of encrypted packets, their destination and timestamps
>put together a threat assessment after investigating anon to see if he'll actually go through with it
>present evidence before judge and possibly get a warrant
vs what will now happen
>zombie clicks on dashboard, see anon said something naughty, clicks on evidence, immediately gets a full analysis of who anon is and the probability he'd actually go through with his threat, get a full history of all of his posts and activities on and offline, how much money he has, what he bought (oh look, he just bought a firearm!) get a warrant same day because of overwhelming evidence
Now imagine if they don't just want to get you for something stupid, but if they wanted you for being anti-vax or anti-Israel. Do you know how much Biden would have abused that shit? This system doesn't just fucking go away once it's set up. Every administration from here until the collapse of America will use this shit for whatever reason they want to.
