>Education has tons of initiates to get "women into medicine", STEM, and other high status/intellect fields
>Preferentially prefer women over men at every stage of the process
>Even in college the women have it much easier socially which encourages them to stay in college the whole time and not drop out, they have larger social circles, will have access to test banks and resources to do well
>Get hired more at every step of the process, spending YEARS studying, working insane hours, and having to engage in hookup culture because they don't have time for a serious relationship.
>They end up practicing hypergamy anyway. Will have a job making 200k but will still only want to marry a guy making 400k or more.
>In addition, most of them either just work part time or straight up leave the workforce after all that studying
>There's a study that shows that female physicians on average retire on average TWELVE YEARS earlier than their male counterparts: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10973949/
It's actually crazy when you realize that fundamentally, society will crash because we keep forcing women into men's roles because of "my equality" even though they're not fit to do that role. Men aren't happy because they're not getting into these roles and can't betabux for some pussy, women aren't happy because they're women, and then everyone ends up on SSRIs.
