Chans or generally forums arent a suitable format for modern mass interaction and consumption. 4cucks just happened to carve out its place for like 100K or something or so userbase and its a agency hotspot too. Places like these can only have a small, but strong userbase if done correctly, other than that you dont want millions of users flocking here, it completely destroys the website. Yes it can be boring seeing no interaction for days, but such is the nature of these formats. Thats not to say that Ourchan shouldnt have a bigger userbase, it definitely should, threshold is not even touched. Instagram is largely leading the charge now when it comes to offensive content.
