I find it crazy that the Canadian government sponsors identity politics for every group of people except their own native born citizens, whose identity they oppress and whose wealth they redistribute away.
First Nations, for instance, get generous land grants and special grants. If they break the rules they often get discounted sentencing because of colonialism or something. Most immigrants get a wage sponsorship program which makes them cheaper than natural citizens and thereby more enticing to hire. Minority religious and ethnic groups are protected by a host of laws ensuring they don't feel discriminated against or harmed.
Far left activists get cushy jobs trying to police the thoughts of citizens and scare the public into thinking everyone who objects to multiculturalism is a nazi. They run unbelievably greasy rackets, often staffed by hateful bigots merely using the pretext of discrimination to run ethnic vendettas. They also get government jobs and special attention in the news and civic life.
But the unprotected class, Canadians, simply have no rights at all. They get no sponsorship, they get little representation, and they seem to be starting behind the rest of the pack in the game of life. It's kind of crazy, like the exact opposite of how responsible government should work 🍁
