Trump's Pan-America Latin American policy seeks to put the entire continental system of North-South under the American umbrella. This opens a whole new vista for diplomatic policy.
Obviously Mexico shall have to be razed. I assume Argentina is a stronghold. Cuba will be liberated, Venezuela already got the message. But the rest? Hell, I don't know much about what's best for Latin America. Other than Brazil has to be cut out until Bolsonaro is brought back in. And the countries which brought down the carvans shall have to held to account as well, obviously.
