I, too, work in academia. I think I'm lucky, in that I'm mixed up in hard sciences, so I don't really see a whole lot of what you say. That side of things is still mostly merit-based. Plus, I'm a contractor, so I don't really deal with HR or ever see diversity this or believe women that or BLM bullshit beyond the rare email that makes it past my spam filter. Maybe catch a glimpse of an occasional flyer in an elevator or stairwell or something.
I do have some observations of the current crop of students, spreading over the last ~10yrs or so. I'm not sure how much the selection of people in university colors the results, but anyway:
Some general observations:
>people are getting smaller
Don't get me wrong, there's still plenty of 6'+, cornfed midwesterns around, but on average, most people (both men and women) are a lot closer to 5' tall than they are 6'. At 6' tall myself, I tower over almost everyone.
>diversity is not our strength
White people are a minority. Not in that any one nonwhite group outnumbers them, but all of them do. By a lot. White people are only 25% to maybe 35% of the total student body.
>jeets outnumber chinks outnumber beaners outnumber camel jockeys outnumber blacks
It could just be my department, but that's the basic breakdown. Sociology or Criminal Justice or something else likely looks different. Still, our universities are no longer ours.
>chink and jeet women are the enforcers of leftist social order
They're still doing the pronoun thing. They're still getting mad when you won't.
>the number of gays and trannies is overstated by a lot
They're there, but there's not that many.
>the number of bluehairs understated
But they seem to take their marching orders from the chik & jeet women.
Women:
>tits are getting bigger
Yeah. Lots of 5' tall spinner chicks with D, DD, E, F, and even G cups waddling around.
>almost every single chick is hot in one way or another
Some maybe even just in their own little way, but I don't see too many genuinely, irredeemably unattractive women. At least, not at the same percentage as when I was that age. I think it's because only better-than-average people are breeding any more, so even the chubby nerdy chicks with thick glasses that make them look goofy and greasy hair have cute faces and big fat juggs.
>supermodels everywhere
Seriously. The number of truly, objectively 9+ women on college campuses is nuts.
Men:
>men are a lost cause
Most of what passes for "men" in today's world are small, frail, and twinkish. Not all, but certainly many, are 5'9" or less, weigh like 120lbs, and look like you could crush their ribcage or snap their arm by holding them down and farting on them.
They're also incredibly effeminate in their dress, their mannerisms, and even their thought processes. They're catty and bitchy just like women are. They spread rumor and gossip.
Strangely, lots of the men also have speech impediments. Faggy lisps. Whatever that thing's called when the letter S always comes out like they're trying to slobber all over you. And they all have that weird, nasally voice.
Both:
>they're all incredibly stupid
Despite book smarts that would have been off the charts even 15-20 years ago, they don't know some of the most basic things. Like the names of basic hand tools. Or how to use them. Or how to pronounce words. (Likely because they've never heard them spoken, and only ever read them.) Or how to perform semi-complex tasks without either a detailed set of directions or a demonstration. Even then, it's an exercise in hand-holding. Plenty don't even know how to put gas in a car.
That's all I got off the top of my head.
