As someone who worked in academia and left just over a year ago, take it from me. It can’t be done. These institutions have been reduced to on one hand a social climbing ladder for women and minorities and on the other hand a social club for women and their minority pets. They both work very hard to exclude white men, and especially white men from whom they get even a whiff of conservatism. The faculty-student relationship and peer review process, plus the subject of employees to HR, diversity statements, and administrative hen peckers means that you can’t actually be a trailblazer. The only way these institutions change is if it comes as a consequence of the law. White men were dumb enough to willingly fold in people that hated them, those people made sure to only fold in each other and exclude men like the white men who folded them in. There is no organic path to change this from the inside.

((( American ))) academia has been a masonic indoctrination project from the very beginning, even with cryptojewish George Berkeley being one of the original designers of the whole machine. It was always captured. Universities are jewish prisons in both literal and figurative senses:

Literal: physical proprietorship of the buildings, payment of jewish fiat to attend, masonic symbolism everywhere. Figurative: marxist mindrape and invisible control at every level.

Note the serpentine split-tongue symbolism on the escutcheons of the major jewish ivy leagues and the fact that Yale is more kiked than Jerusalem.

Also Columbia president ((( Bollinger ))) should be blued as he is jewish too.

Don’t be fooled. Every single major American university had a COVID/DIVOC mandate.
These are actively predatory places of jewish indoctrination and brainwashing.

I, too, work in academia. I think I'm lucky, in that I'm mixed up in hard sciences, so I don't really see a whole lot of what you say. That side of things is still mostly merit-based. Plus, I'm a contractor, so I don't really deal with HR or ever see diversity this or believe women that or BLM bullshit beyond the rare email that makes it past my spam filter. Maybe catch a glimpse of an occasional flyer in an elevator or stairwell or something.

I do have some observations of the current crop of students, spreading over the last ~10yrs or so. I'm not sure how much the selection of people in university colors the results, but anyway:

Some general observations:
>people are getting smaller
Don't get me wrong, there's still plenty of 6'+, cornfed midwesterns around, but on average, most people (both men and women) are a lot closer to 5' tall than they are 6'. At 6' tall myself, I tower over almost everyone.
>diversity is not our strength
White people are a minority. Not in that any one nonwhite group outnumbers them, but all of them do. By a lot. White people are only 25% to maybe 35% of the total student body.
>jeets outnumber chinks outnumber beaners outnumber camel jockeys outnumber blacks
It could just be my department, but that's the basic breakdown. Sociology or Criminal Justice or something else likely looks different. Still, our universities are no longer ours.
>chink and jeet women are the enforcers of leftist social order
They're still doing the pronoun thing. They're still getting mad when you won't.
>the number of gays and trannies is overstated by a lot
They're there, but there's not that many.
>the number of bluehairs understated
But they seem to take their marching orders from the chik & jeet women.

Women:
>tits are getting bigger
Yeah. Lots of 5' tall spinner chicks with D, DD, E, F, and even G cups waddling around.
>almost every single chick is hot in one way or another
Some maybe even just in their own little way, but I don't see too many genuinely, irredeemably unattractive women. At least, not at the same percentage as when I was that age. I think it's because only better-than-average people are breeding any more, so even the chubby nerdy chicks with thick glasses that make them look goofy and greasy hair have cute faces and big fat juggs.
>supermodels everywhere
Seriously. The number of truly, objectively 9+ women on college campuses is nuts.

Men:
>men are a lost cause
Most of what passes for "men" in today's world are small, frail, and twinkish. Not all, but certainly many, are 5'9" or less, weigh like 120lbs, and look like you could crush their ribcage or snap their arm by holding them down and farting on them.
They're also incredibly effeminate in their dress, their mannerisms, and even their thought processes. They're catty and bitchy just like women are. They spread rumor and gossip.
Strangely, lots of the men also have speech impediments. Faggy lisps. Whatever that thing's called when the letter S always comes out like they're trying to slobber all over you. And they all have that weird, nasally voice.

Both:
>they're all incredibly stupid
Despite book smarts that would have been off the charts even 15-20 years ago, they don't know some of the most basic things. Like the names of basic hand tools. Or how to use them. Or how to pronounce words. (Likely because they've never heard them spoken, and only ever read them.) Or how to perform semi-complex tasks without either a detailed set of directions or a demonstration. Even then, it's an exercise in hand-holding. Plenty don't even know how to put gas in a car.

That's all I got off the top of my head.

the moment I hear someone start talking about masons I check out. It seems to be a pretty good indicator of being a crank

Still have an unfinished humanities degree waiting for completion. Thing about it, is not a single class interests me as useful or practical whatsoever. In the entire university.... and I could take almost anything to grad at this point.

it's all stupid left wing crap, juvenile socialization into worthless disconnected from reality soy arguments, retarded professors trying to parrot their faddish abstractions. These people are absolutely useless to society, their low value is reflected in the low earnings they make once they start working within this system. You make sub 30 lecturing as an assistant prof or doing admin? Well, that's because education these days is worthless and you have a job only because of institutional bloat.

Entire campus ecology is so disconnected from reality, from practical utility, from creating value by teaching useful techniques that it has to start folding up. You can do four years polisci or history or god forbid sociology and learn no practical analytical technique beyond basic statistics. The process is adding no value. You don't learn advanced modelling, computer assisted work, op research techniques or network analysis or how various productive affiliate professions actually do things in their work. No, you learn how to write joke papers which have to be padded with soy references to flatter some dopey prof who has sunk ten years learning how to basket weave.

Children should not be sent into post-secondary university. Not because education is bad, but because this is no longer value-added education. It's maleducation, like teaching children to be Buddhist monks in a monastery instead of getting ready for the workplace
